Hello! I’m Tania – a firm believer that strategy without execution is just wishful thinking.

Currently residing in the UAE, with over 25 years of experience in Europe and the MENA region, I have held diverse executive roles in both Organizational Development and Business Operations.

I possess a history of delivering high-impact solutions in strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, succession planning and leadership development, governance and policy development, in organizations such as Coca-Cola HBC, Korn Ferry and KAUST. As an advisor, I’ve worked with organizations such as Unilever / Bestfoods, Vodafone, African Development Bank, Novartis, Eurobank EFG, Toyota and Lafarge.

Examples include the development of performance standards and the transformation of Talent Management and Succession Planning processes according to the Leadership Pipeline principles and their implementation to 28 countries. The development and implementation of governance frameworks to facilitate business operations in different organizations. The crafting of Career Development Frameworks to address the needs of senior leaders in the corporate environment and the research community in the academic environment.

Among my talents, is the ability to manage senior stakeholders, lead diverse teams seamlessly through innovative initiatives and develop frameworks to accomplish company goals. By implementing targeted approaches, I’m able to leverage my experience, relevant data, and current practices to win engagement and cooperation to achieve industrial wellness.

I hold an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business, an MSc in Psychological Assessments in Organizations from Goldsmiths University of London, a BA in Psychology with minor in Sociology from The American College of Greece, and a BA in Psychology from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences.

This is why I was immediately drawn to the peer-to-peer coaching program for executives by inSymmetry International and decided to introduce their unique program to the GCC region.
