With a diverse profile, working in a number of countries and holding positions in both the corporate and the consulting world, I possess a history of delivering high-impact solutions in strategic initiatives. My experience ranges from advising executive teams on organizational transformation, succession planning and leadership development, to governance and policy development.
Among my talents, is the ability to manage senior stakeholders across cultures, lead diverse teams seamlessly through innovative initiatives and develop frameworks to accomplish company goals. Currently, I am supporting organizations in implementing complex strategic initiatives, building unique AI solutions for organizational design through OrgDesignWays and supporting regional executives through inSymmetry-International unique development program.

inSymmetry – International
I am proud to introduce inSymmetry International in the GCC region.
As a Program Facilitator I bring to regional executives inSymmetry International’s unique peer-to-peer coaching program for Senior Executives.
The program carefully matches seven compatible executives from diverse, non-competing backgrounds that meet for the first time at the start of the program. inSymmetry program extends over 33 online facilitated sessions, each 90 minutes long, following an innovative methodology and structured process.
The program creates a fertile environment for the participants to embrace the feeling of belonging, connect, share their insights, learn from each other’s experiences, bond meaningfully and evolve, co-creating their future selves.
